PolyKoat Prime 100 is a low odor, 98% solids, two component polyurea designed as a base coat, primer for high performance coating systems. PolyKoat Prime 100 has an exteded open time which allows users to coat larger areas prior to broadcasting Rapid Cast chips and quartz. Adhesion and broadcast consistency is also improved due to the longer open time. PolyKoat Prime 100 offers excellent elongation so it can be applied to multiple substrates. Available in 4 climate condition giving a year round option.
